Hey Actifit frens! Had an absolutely epic day today knocking out over 19,000 steps on the day because I’m a boss and I did a ton of walking today. I also jumped on the elliptical for 35 minutes. Doing a high intensity elliptical challenge and I put up all the Christmas lights on my house today so it was a very epic day and I knocked out a ton of steps on the day.
