Hey Actifit Frens! Had a very busy day today but most of the day I was trapped at my desk at work doing paperwork and doing Photoshop work for manual. After work today, I jumped on an elliptical and did a 30 minute walking challenge and during my lunch break today, I went for a very cold walk outside with my dog, which is how I got up to 9000 steps. Hope you enjoy the daily meme.
