My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2021


월요일 부터 늦게 잠들었더니 오늘은 하루종일 많이 피곤했습니다. 빨리 퇴근해서 식사를 하고 Gym도 평소보다 한시간정도 일찍 갔다와야겠다 싶어 5시 넘어 바로 퇴근했습니다.

오늘 길에 최근에 관심이 많은 발편한 신발하나를 구매하고 집에 왔는데, 특별히 입맛이 없어 모밀국수를 해먹었는데 소화를 시키고 Gym을 가려고 했지만 너무 피곤하여 조금 쉬다가 일찍 자기로 하고 간단히 집 정리정도만 했습니다.

오늘 푹 자고, 내일 또 힘찬 하루를 시작해야겠습니다.
