My Actifit Report Card: November 8 2022

어제부터 어깨가 조금 아팠는데 오늘 아침부터는 심각합니다. 점심까지 제대로 왼쪽 팔을 들기조차 쉽지않았습니다.

아무래도 염증이 있는 것 같은데 너무 일찍 괜찮다 생각한게 아닌가합니다. 오늘은 가슴운동이라 그냥 해볼까 싶어도 왠지 심상치않아서 그냥 하체만 하고 왔습니다.

저녁에 회사 앞 통증병원에서 침도 맞고 맛사지도 받고 부황도 뜨고 하니 조금 움직임이 편해지긴했는데, 3주 이상은 가급적 사용하지 말라고 하니 어쩔 수 없이 당분간은 등-하체 아니면 하체만 계속 해야할 것 같습니다.

11월 통증이 없어져도 어깨운동은 삼가하고 이참에 완전 회복해야겠습니다.
