My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2022

오늘은 오전 Work shop이 있어서 조금 일찍 출근해서 준비를 했는데, 많이 늦어질 수 있을 것 같았는데, 다행히 회의는 큰 무리없이 잘 끝나서 점심에 Gym에 갈 수 있었습니다.

일상생활에서는 어깨 통증이 거의 없어지긴 했지만 아주 가벼운 무게를 들면 아직 어떤 동작에서 통증이 느껴서, 오늘도 하체를 하였습니다.

등,어깨,가슴 3분할로 할때는 늘 하체에 대한 아쉬움이 있었는데, 막상 하체만 3주째 하다보니 조금은 답답합니다. 병원에서는 앞으로 3개월은 쉬어야한다고 하지만, 일단 5주 정도 치료받아보고 조금씩 무리없는 동작으로 어깨를 시작해봐야겠습니다.

물론 5주가 지나도 통증이 있다면 근육이 일부 파열되었을 거라고, MRI를 찍어야한다고 해서 조금은 조심해야겠습니다.
