My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2022

오늘은 컨디션도 별로고 일도 많아서 그냥 Gym은 Skip하고 점심일찍 먹고 좀 자려고 하다가 그냥 11:40분이 되니 거의 반사적으로 일어나서 주차장으로 향했습니다.

가지말까 하다가, 어제 유투브에서 무릎에 무리를 주지 않고 레그 익스텐션하는 법을 해보고 싶기도해서 그냥 갔는데, 똑같은 운동기구인데 하는 방법에 따라 이렇게나 다른건지.. 보통하는 정도의 강도로 했음에도 무릎은 훨씬 부담이 줄었습니다.

오늘 저녁은 다른 운동도 벌크업은 포기하더라도 다치지 않는 방법으로 공부를 한번 해봐야겠습니다.

무릎, 어깨야 미안하다 내가 욕심을 내서....
