THE PINK BEACH

The local call the pink beach , as Pantai Merah . The sand is actually not pink but the color from microscopic animals called Foraminifera produce red pigment on the coral reefs. When the tiny fragments of red coral combine with the white sands , this produces the soft pink that visible along the shoreline. Source Info

THE LOCAL

If you visit some island to see the local , dont forget to bring some food or candy for the kid. They rise and play at these island and very seldom to visit the main island. They dont have much money to buy that food , and they will appreciate if you bring some of it to give the kid . But make sure you have to say to divide the food equally or they ll fight among them to get the food.

Ayana Hotel

Ayana hotel is one of the biggest hotel in Labuan Bajo , and it was very expensive to stay there for budget traveler like me because it is a 5 stars hotel . You can check their super view offer in their website : https://www.ayana.com/komodo/

During this trip , we manage to visit the hotel because the client want to ask their price if they want to do event in those hotel. I didnt hear the detail because i just take my time to enjoy my coffee in the café.

3 days and 2 night is not enough to explore this place , you may need one or two weeks stay to enjoy the local in Labuan Bajo. But , staying and enjoying the beauty of the sea is another life experience . I wish someday i ll come again and visit here .

Hi tommyl, sorry for the delay! The pictures in your post are awesome! We do get some cases of users using professional photography without credits and I think our curator found your photo on Shutterstock and didn't realize that you are the photographer: https://www.shutterstock.com/image-photo/labuan-bajo-indonesia-26-sept-2018-1313252714
I am still waiting to hear back from the curator to confirm that this was indeed the reason, but I have already removed your post from the blacklist. The upvote will follow as soon as the curator confirms. I am very sorry for this misunderstanding and hope to see more of your posts on TravelFeed!
