I am confident the parasitic overlords are desperate to prevent the natural technological progress towards decentralization mandated by the laws of physics, and cannot succeed. The laws of physics cannot be bribed, blackmailed, or bamboozled. While I am certain that humanity will be free eventually, I am also aware this will only happen to survivors of the catastrophic consequences of that desperation.
