Police “Lose” Crime Report of Illegal Eviction – Ashley Mark Naylor, Counterfeit Writs, and VIOLENCE

Police Cover-Up of Illegal Eviction - Recorded Call and Crime Report Ignored On 21 September 2025, the night before my unlawful eviction, I spoke to Constable Peter C750701 of the Metropolitan Police. The call is recorded. I requested that police intercept enforcement agent Ashley Mark Naylor on the grounds of overwhelming evidence of fraud, counterfeit documents, and unlawful eviction. Instead of action, the police told me to “call back at 7am” – and later claimed they “cannot find” my online crime report, despite it being emailed to the officer, the Chief Constable, and all relevant parties.

🚨 What Really Happened

The unlawful eviction took place at 08:30 on 22 September 2025 at my home. The so-called Notice of Eviction: Was unsealed and unsigned. Named Eric A. Roe, who is not on the bailiff register. Was later contradicted by Wilson & Roe / Cerberus HCE Ltd, who said Roe would not attend, and Ashley Mark Naylor would act “under Roe’s authority.” This is a criminal racket, not civil enforcement.

⚖️ Prior Police Involvement – 04 April 2023

Police already assisted illegal bailiffs at my home under CAD 2575-04/04/2023, relying on a fake N49 Warrant of Possession of Land — a document freely available online, not a valid court order. On that date: Bailiffs forced entry with locksmiths and drills. I was violently removed from my home. Police stood by while my property, jewellery, and money were seized. No statutory inventory of goods was ever provided. Police were misled by counterfeit documents, yet still made no arrests.

📜 The Criminal Offences

This is not a “civil matter.” It is serious organised crime under: Fraud Act 2006, ss.2–4 – false representation, failing to disclose, abuse of position. Conspiracy to Defraud (Scott v MPC [1975]) Fraud on the Court (R v Moxon-Tritsch [1992]) Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 – laundering through dormant/sham companies. Serious Crime Act 2007 – assisting or encouraging organised crime. Protection from Eviction Act 1977 – illegal eviction and harassment.

And direct Human Rights Act breaches: Article 3 – freedom from torture and degrading treatment. Article 6 – fair trial. Article 8 – respect for home and family life. 💔 Consequences for Victims Trauma, torture, and humiliation. Business interruption and loss of livelihood. Defamation through false CRO Publications Theft of property with no lawful authority. Child abuse – exposing vulnerable people to traumatic forced entry.

And direct Human Rights Act breaches: Article 3 – freedom from torture and degrading treatment. Article 6 – fair trial. Article 8 – respect for home and family life. 💔 Consequences for Victims Trauma, torture, and humiliation. Business interruption and loss of livelihood. Defamation through false CRO Publications Theft of property with no lawful authority. Child abuse – exposing vulnerable people to traumatic forced entry.

Threats to life – one victim suffered a heart attack on site during enforcement. 👥 The Wider Network This systemic pattern involves: Wilson & Roe / Cerberus HCE Ltd – operating under a dormant parent company. Ashley Mark Naylor – under live investigation at Central London County Court for illegal eviction in another case (Julia Roberts). Stephen Michael Pickup – alleged claimant.

Atwells Solicitors LLP (Nick Atwell) – representing claimant. Croydon District Registry & Bromley County Court – issuing defective writs, concealing case records. Bromley Council (Chief Exec Ade Adetosoye CBE) – refused to act despite statutory duty under Protection from Eviction Act 1977. Metropolitan Police (Chief Constable Nick Blackman) – consistently assisting unlawful bailiffs. SRA – holding a false entry for “Andrew Wilson & Co” (ID 653945), a non-existent entity.
