As it appears, the council chief Tony Zaman , like the rest of them, are engaged in a massive conspiracy to defraud, using the false narrative that the Traffic Enforcement Centre is a Court of Record. They then send out falsified document claiming to be genuine "COURT ORDERS", even though these documents are not sealed, signed nor even have a Court Case Number. To top it off, thet induce victims to sign statements alluding to "CONTEMPT OF COURT" if they make false statements. And then another level is blown, when they send violent thugs to steal asest such as cars, claiming that they have an authentic "WARRANT" issued by the court, when no application was ever made.
