For years, GrapheneOS users have had to rely almost exclusively on installing the OS themselves on Google Pixel devices . Now, in a massive win for the open-source community, Motorola has announced they are working directly with the GrapheneOS Foundation to bring this privacy-hardened Android fork to mainstream flagship phones starting in 2027.
