Bankrupt and Prison - Equita is above the Law

Description

Bankrupt and Prison - Equita is above the Law

πŸ” KEY ISSUES EXPOSED IN THIS CALL 1. NO LIABILITY ORDER PRODUCED The representative ("Jack") confirms Equita does NOT hold a copy of the liability order, does not know which court issued it, does not know who signed it, and has no case reference number. Yet they are actively enforcing β€” including threatening prison and bankruptcy.

  1. THREATENING LETTERS WITH NO SIGNATORY The enforcement letter sent to the debtor: Threatens imprisonment Threatens bankruptcy Threatens seizure of property (including mortgage/home) Contains NO individual signatory name Is described as sent through an "automated system" Under company law, letters making legal demands should identify the sender. An unsigned letter threatening prison raises serious questions under the Forgery and Counterfeiting Act 1981. 3. ENFORCEMENT AGENT IDENTITY WITHHELD The agent who attended the property β€” identified only as "Mr. Holland" β€” had his full name deliberately withheld. Only after persistent questioning was the name David Holland reluctantly provided. The representative claimed he was "under no obligation" to provide this information. When checked against the bailiff register, David Holland did not appear as registered under Equita.

  2. REFUSAL TO ESCALATE Despite repeated requests: The representative refused to transfer to a manager Manager identified as Chenade Boylan (spelling confirmed via NATO alphabet) The representative stated the manager "will not take the call" No complaints procedure was offered beyond a generic email address The call was terminated against the caller's wishes 5. COUNCIL VERIFICATION REVEALS NO RECORDS The debtor had already contacted Barnet Council and Willesden Magistrates' Court β€” neither had any record or trace of a liability order application matching this case. This potentially explains why Equita has no court case number, no signatory, and no documentation.

πŸ“‹ TIMELINE OF EVENTS 26th July 2022 β€” Start date of alleged council tax liability (Case 1) 7th August 2025 β€” Alleged liability order signed (Case 1) 30th October 2025 β€” Alleged liability order signed (Case 2) 12th February β€” Enforcement agent "Mr. David Holland" attends property (Β£844 fee applied) 15th April β€” Letter sent regarding Case 1 (Β£10,528.98) 15th April β€” Separate letter allegedly sent for Case 2 (not yet received) 22nd April β€” Email allegedly sent to debtor's advisor (may have gone to spam) Phone call recorded β€” Representative unable to verify any court documentation

🚨 WHY THIS MATTERS β€” THE COURT ORDER SCAM PROBLEM Across the UK, thousands of vulnerable people are receiving threatening letters demanding large sums of money backed by alleged "court orders" that: Were never properly served Cannot be verified through the courts Have no traceable case numbers Are enforced by agents whose credentials cannot be confirmed Threaten imprisonment, bankruptcy, and property seizure This is not just a procedural issue β€” this is a fundamental question of legality and human rights. When an enforcement company: βœ… Cannot produce the order they claim to enforce βœ… Cannot name the court that issued it βœ… Cannot identify who signed it βœ… Refuses to let you speak to management βœ… Terminates your call when you ask questions ...something is seriously wrong. 🎯 WHAT YOU CAN DO ALWAYS ask for the liability order number and issuing court β€” if they can't provide it, question everything Check the certificated bailiff register at https://www.civilenfor... β€” verify the agent is registered Contact the court directly to verify any order exists before making payment Record all interactions with enforcement agents (you have the legal right to do so) NEVER pay a debt you cannot verify β€” demand documentation first Share this video β€” awareness is the first step to reform
