THE CASE IN ONE PARAGRAPH A vulnerable family man faces violent eviction from his home. The writ used to threaten him names an enforcement agent who is not on the statutory register and who did not attend — a different, completely unidentified man came instead, refused dozens of requests to identify himself, and was actively shielded by six police officers.
The local council has refused for four months to answer whether possession proceedings exist. The police took a crime report and promised to investigate — then sent six officers to help the other side. A 999 call requesting identification of the unidentified bailiff was not actioned. No court, no council, no enforcement body, and no minister will take responsibility for what is being done to this family.
