Anticold trailrunning training

I don't know if it's COVID that I have or some winter sore throats, but since I didn't have an antigen test to take the test, I decided to "kill" the bug with a good 40 minutes of trail running in the sun.
The truth is that since I did quite a long run training yesterday, today I was planning to rest but the fact that I have this cold has made me think that the best therapy was to go back to training today.

Although the day is cold, I have come out so warm that I have sweated a lot, I hope that the cold has fled through the pores of my skin (LoL).
Very congested at the lung level, although the legs have worked well on the uphill and downhill trails, which I am pretty happy with.

In addition, the dog has also enjoyed it. Every time we touch grass and mud Enzo goes crazy, the problem is that when I get home I have to do extra paw-cleaning work.
The second part of the anti-cold therapy has been a good shower with boiling water in hammam mode, there is nothing more relaxing and effective against viruses and so on... then, a good meal based on fish and a short nap, by the way, I forgot to tell you that I'm still on vacation today.
There is still a lot to do to reach the fitness level that I am used to but I am still on the right track.
More details of the activity will be published later in the @strava2hive post.

Keep on running!

it's good to walk far from the city and then take some scenery photos

Wish you good health Eddie and fuck covid! You know my stance on it. Considering you are an athlete I doubt any cold will survive more than two days around you.
