Back on the trails



Back on the trails, I have found a window of opportunity in the afternoon to go for a run with the dog.
It's been more than 4 weeks, since before Easter, that I've been in a dry dock regarding running, so you can imagine how hard it has been for me to start again...
I'm literally done for shit, at the cardio level I'm drowning but the worst thing is that I'm not much better muscularly (LoL).
In addition, the ground is very dry, the low vegetation is almost dead and my joints suffer with each step... perhaps it was not the best idea to go running with unevenness but you have the time you have and the scenery that is offered.
Let's see if I can do a couple of more runs this week but it's hard after being stopped for so long...
