These are strange days we have been experiencing lately at a meteorological level...I don't remember having experienced so many with a cloudy atmosphere not because of the clouds but because of a mixture of humidity and dust in suspension.
When I was a kid, episodes like this didn't exist...

Now they happen more and more frequently...
The media tries hard to reiterate that this suspended dust comes to us due to atmospheric anomalies coming from North Africa, but some people are beginning to say that the content of this suspended dust has nothing to do with "desert sand" but fucking chemical pollution...
Surely it will be a combination of both... but it sounds better to say that the problem comes from outside than from within the country...
In any case, and despite this rarefied atmosphere, I have not missed my training plan.

6km run in 28 minutes to start on Monday.

Keep on running!

It feels like summer in here and to my amazement we will have 28 degrees Celsius next week again... I doubt this weather will last for too long.

Kind of low for Spain in comparison to Romania... By the way, have a look at VELO(not Velodrome finance). I found about it lately and looks very promising. Check it on CT as well, it's supposed to be the Asian Ripple. Has lots of potential in it.
