Happy End
Spectacular day in Barcelona in which I had to go to the office to "lock myself in" with some colleagues... then, at noon, I did not want to miss the opportunity to go running to the coast.
20 degrees of temperature today and some daredevils already bathing, and that the water is at 14 degrees. Soon I will have to combine running with swimming.
Photos taken in both directions of the route coming and going.
Good feelings in general, I feel very strong and, although I wanted to do a soft progressive to start the week, I couldn't help but accelerate in the last 500m of the last kilometer, which I finished quite quickly.
In total it has been 8 km in 37 minutes, last km at 4'/km...
This is what I call a "Happy End" run!

I love the coast beautiful weather on your side there, we are 16 degrees here at the moment with bit of sunshine the last hour, its been cold and rainy.

Running and then swimming is a good deal. Photos are beautiful as usual. Barcelona is one of the most finest cities.. Hoped you had a good day though it was warm but still a good one.
