More than a month and a half without running...

...and today I did it again.
A new attempt to recover my healthy routine...

I don't know when or how I lost it after more than 15 years of running almost daily.
Well, actually I do know but I didn't see it coming.
A combination of many variables to control made me have to put aside the activity that I enjoy the most since it is my escape valve and, of course, that has also affected me on a psychological level.

In any case, I'm back and even though I've only done 5 measly kilometers today I feel good.

The summary is, 5km run in 25'22"... Heart rate through the roof, lungs shrunken, legs out of shape... I even sprained an ankle while going down the initial trail... but you know what?

I feel alive!!!

Keep on running!

Going for a jog especially in the morning is very important. It helps in starting the day on a positive note

Yeah ! All you said is truly right. Without morning walk or exercise we feel laziness. It make us active, sharp and open minded person. Circulation of blood through out the body becomes good and our body performs well as before. Fresh air , weather makes our mind fresh and we feel relaxed.

No doubt! A healthy routine must include morning walk/running, it helps us to stay active and vigilant whole day.
