Today I woke up very tired, I haven't slept well...maybe a little restless with work problems...or maybe because I haven't gotten used to the time change last weekend...or maybe because I'm 1 year older ...I don't know...
The thing is, I didn't expect to have a good workout today at noon... but it turned out well...
Progressive 5km in 24 minutes followed by 5 sprints or 100m repetitions in which I have "cleaned the dust" of my running shoes, accustomed to jogging without breaking a sweat lately.
I finished the training with some good dynamic stretches although I would have run a little more since the sensations were more than good...
Sometimes it happens that your expectations are positively exceeded by reality...

It's too bad you woke up this way, the same thing is happening to me and for the same reason... situations at work. I have been waking up very discouraged and not wanting anything.

The only thing that saves me is training and this week I couldn't even train at home because of severe belly pains due to my period.

There are too many problems going on in life, so going out for a walk every day will get rid of the problems. After some time, we will see that our mind will relax a lot and problems will be solved.
