Note to Self...after running

I continue to maintain good consistency in running and today I did a good workout again that, although short, was quite intense combining ramps and slopes and a horrible headwind on the way back.
It has been 7 km of aerobic work, a little high heart rate but completing it in just 33 minutes.
After a good stretch, shower, food and return to the office... all in less than 70 minutes (LoL)... what a stress!

No doubt, You have maintained a good physic and healthy body because running and walking is good for health. If I talk about myself, I didn't do that and now if I run for a short distance even, my heart beat became faster.
