...and the sky cleared

I just finished a 10.015km running that lasted about 0hh:48mm:53ss !

30' after the completion of my last post, the rain stopped, the black clouds disappeared and the wind quit.

No way, everything was pushing me to complete my running workout and so I did.

Another Fartlek, less complicated than the one done on Tuesday but equally demanding.

After 10' of warm-up jog I did 8 times 2' Fast run+2'Slow run AKA 8x(2'F+2'S)

Running by feelings, focused on the technique, always maintaining easy breathing.

At the end, I managed to run more than 500m en each one of the 2'Fast intervals while on the 2'Slow intervals around 340m each.

The target was to work the Lactic threshold around 167 beats per minute (Heart Frequency) and I think I did it comfortably.

I am gaining good shape day after day. Soon I am going to recover my running fitness which I lost during the hardest period of the Lockdown which lasted 2 months.
