Unfocused...

I just finished a 11.028km running that lasted about 0hh:52mm:23ss !

08:00 PM, time for the long run of the week.
I am not in favor of listening music while running, unless you don't have any specific target or workout, which has been the case today.

No target, just do longer than usual...
Unfocused, enjoying the moment, breathing harmonically, trying to synchronize heart frequency, Step Cadence and pace.

I started softly and, as usual, I tried to run in a progressive manner, going faster as the kilometers passed.

Step by stem, Kilometer after Kilometer, the legs, lungs and heart reached the perfect condition so, it is easy to increase slightly your speed without impacting your body in this kind of runs.

I have finished the week with a little more of 36 Km... still far from the ideal weekly volume but if there is a goal now it would be to get a good consistency and running shape avoiding stupid injures, so, gaining strength in a safe way.
