Beach getaway

I just finished a 8.593km running that lasted about 1hh:0mm:39ss !

Today I felt as I wanted to run softly but changing the scenario a little bit.
Living in the middle of the city has its advantages but also cons, as for instance, you are a little far from nature if you want to escape from the concrete and steel structures around.
So, I decided to visit the closest beach to my home. It is not the nicest neither the cleanest but still is a beach and the views there are always amazing.

Nothing to say about my easy run today, just some cardio exercise to keep the shape, fully aerobical...
To tell you the truth, I was more focused on the world around me than on my running, pace, heart frequency or cadence...
Sometimes it is good just doing the "Tourist" in the city...but, of course, while enjoying of a recovery run.
