Progressive Run + calf discomfort
I just finished a 8.324km running that lasted about 0hh:37mm:59ss !
As I said yesterday, today there was no defined training plan so I went out for a run just for sensations, enjoying the surroundings and the little time I have to be away from home.
I started off very calm, but as usual, I have picked up the pace over time, smoothly nonetheless.
I have had a strange tension in my left calf midway... weird because it has been going on all day and has not gone away yet although I have done my stretches as usual.
Practicing running always brings little discomfort here and there, however, these should not be important if the training load is planned in advance and the balance between sessions is always taken into account.
However, I am almost 46 years old and it is clear that I no longer recover as I did a few years ago.
That's life. Adapt or languish.
