Sea-shore Run

I just finished a 6.093km running that lasted about 0hh:30mm:14ss !


3-hour office visit, a couple of face-to-face meetings and then rush to the running club so as not to miss out on a perfect day to run on the seashore.
Cloudy, humid and some breeze for or against depending on whether I was going or coming back. Good feelings in general although it was a short run.
Let's see if I can continue to be consistent with the running plan.
The first thing is to achieve a better aerobic state, the second, to work the longest distances again to end up working on power and speed...
Not bad to start the week.
