Recovery Run

I just finished a 4.012km running that lasted about 0hh:23mm:39ss !

The feelings during yesterday's run were very good, however, today I had some discomfort in the back of my thighs, hamstrings.
The best therapy in these cases is not to stop completely but to go for a very smooth and slow run and, if possible, on flat ground.
Well, that is what we have done today, just 4 km run at very low intensity, below the pure aerobic level.
Enzo, poor animal, has gotten a bit bored... but hey, he has had no choice but to follow behind me tied to his harness.
Tomorrow we will do something of a higher level.
