My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2022

Good day hivians a lazy day yesterday, since it was Sunday spent almost half of the day in my father's house praising and thanking him for his blessing abundant love and granting my house hold good health. It has been a crazy month as per capital income keeps depreciating and expenses blowing off the roof but that wont stop me from living as the saying goes in pigeon English

One has too keep up with daily trends and activities too keep the body and soul in the right direction, although right now we are as fast as a snail, but daily progress will be a game changer in our story. I took out a little time too go through my previous post as its been long I didtl that only for me too discover that I haven't been focus and lately I haven't given my best too the hive blockchain, most of my content are half baked and incomplete and am hoping too fix that ASAP by engaging in more of commenting and curating as that's the most effective way of networking and developing ones self in a world filled with information over load.

I have also lately been trying too keep fit and using my actitfit app, to keep me In check as exercise is good and needed for the development of a healthy and balanced system as on who exercise regularly hardly fall sick, so after getting 5000 steps a few days ago I discovered I didn't an upvote from the actitfit curation bot which said I didn't meet up to the requirements as i was not holding #AFIX token so there for am not eligible, which made me too goo shopping today on hive engine, although I have been frequently hive engine on a daily bases buying # Airhawk tokens as am now the néw COO and Intend too hold a very huge stake of the coins. I bought the required amount of coins one needs too hold to be eligible to receive the upvote ones I can reach the 5k milestone, I also noticed I have some other coins that are just lying fallow on my wallet that I needed to stake since am not selling them any time soon and I could also earn passive reward from staking them some of the coins include
