On 27 February 1984, the album "The Works" by the British band Queen is released. It is their tenth studio album and one of the most iconic and important albums of their career.
One of the main characteristics of "The Works" is the return to a more rock style typical of their early work in a succession of songs that became big hits of the time.
The success of "The Works" was a resounding success both critically and in terms of sales, which led the band to a huge world tour of concerts in stadiums with a great stage and sound set-up.
The album contains some of the band's best known songs, such as "Radio Ga Ga Ga", "I Want to Break Free" and "Hammer to Fall", which became worldwide hits and landmark classics for generations to come.
