Ma per capire 6520 passi, sei andata a fare una passeggiata?
Perché l'altro ieri ne ho fatti 10120 che corrispondono a circa 7 km, ma in effetti ero andato a farmi il mio giretto che però esce dal consueto. Altrimenti i passi a fatica vanno sopra i 6-700.

Sì, ho fatto circa 3 chilometri, però devi farli un po' 'zompettando' stile pippi calzelunghe, non sono esattamente passi quelli che conta actifit. Se tieni il cellulare in mano camminando, li prende meglio. Io lo porto in tasca, nel giaccone, in modo che sbatta sulla gamba. Se lo metto nello zaino, non mi misura.
