My apologies, I thought "12 deaths" was yet another rehash of the wrong statements we've been hearing about Pfizer RSV vaccine for a couple of months (indeed 12 deaths but in control group). Apparently, you are talking about Astrazeneca RSV vaccine, I had never seen any trials with 12 deaths for this one. But combining 5 separate trials (with very different statistical properties), I guess you can count 12 deaths in total for the various vaccine groups. However, the data is absolutely clear, only one of these deaths is unknown, other ones are not related in any way to vaccine (malnutrition, infection and other reasons). I repeat what I was saying: always check sources. For scientific information, they should not come from media (mainstream or otherwise), but actual scientific publications (like journals of medicine) or even better, from original data (which is usually publicly available)
