My Actifit Report Card: February 31 2024

It's another beautiful day and it's with great pleasure that I'm welcoming everyone to my blog and I hope you're all doing well and having a great day.

I don't have the strength to take a walk outside today because I have been noticing how my body is doing for the past week and two days ago, I have not really get myself. I have been battling with flu, headache and throat pain.

I was made to know that I have been infected with malaria fever when I visited hospital yesterday and I was prescribed with some drugs and I was told to rest very well.

Though, I couldn't just sleep inside all day when there is no one to help me take care of my birds because my wife who supposed to help is warned by the doctor to get a full bed rest. So I have to go to my bird's pen, take of them and do other stuff.

At the end of the day I was able to achieve over 8k actifit step count.
