My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2023

Hiii Actifit family ? Hope all is well and fine?? I couldn’t get to my play football yesterday, Saturday because there was a gubernatorial election hence movement was impeded .

To keep fit I took a light walk in the morning and there after I lifted few dumbbells .. I did that till I got enough sweat out of my body .

I hope by next week I’m able to play football because I missed doing that this week ..
