My Actifit Report Card: June 6 2023
I stumbled on article recently which emphasizes the importance of gaining physical fitness in all ramifications.
To achieve and maintain physical fitness, it is recommended to engage in a combination of aerobic exercises, strength training, and flexibility exercises.
At least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity aerobic activity per week, along with muscle-strengthening activities at least two days per week is recommended by Physical health experts.
This morning , I woke up with urge to lift some round of dumbbells . It's been a while I put myself to that mood and mode . Today , I endeavored to lift my dumbbell for about 25 minutes . It wasn't easy I must say but I tried my possible best to find my way around it .
Regular physical activity, combined with a balanced diet, helps maintain a healthy body weight by burning calories and increasing metabolism. It can also contribute to weight loss and prevent obesity-related health issues.

Exercise is a very good self decipline, it keeps the body in shape . Get some gyming supliment, it will help speed up result plus you'll fall inlove with your body. 😅😅 My brother did this, took supliment while gyming and now i dont even recognize him anymore cause of his lovely body shape
