Walking burns calories and we can tell by the fact that we heat up as we continue our workout activity.-- Incorporating regular walking into one's routine can be an effective way to burn calories, improve fitness, and support weight management. It also happens to be a low-impact exercise accessible to many people and can be enjoyed both outdoors and indoors particularly on a treadmill.
