This league of 31 elite teams will be purchased by some of the most powerful fantasy hockey enthusiasts from around the globe. Players from multiple countries have already been bidding on franchises in this historic hockey auction. The auction of 31 teams ( the 31 teams mirror the NHL) started Jan 01, 2020 and commences Jan 17th, so its not too late to get in on the ground floor.

As a franchise owner, you become an integral part of the UFHL and a lifetime owner of that team and its players. Once you have purchased a franchise you are entitled to a 23 team roster of players. You acquire these players on Jan 19th at the UFHL dispersal draft.

The 31 franchises will be positioned in a draft format according to the price that was paid for the franchise. The team that sold for the most, picks first, the team that sold for the least, picks last.

Once your team is built, you are now the proud owner of a legit hockey franchise in an elite fantasy sports league. Your ownership also comes with responsibilities, such as: creating a brand complete with team name, logo, and colours. You will want to build your team, brand, and the league in general, as this will only bring more value to your organization and the game.
