My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2021 Decided to go all out today
After days of rain, the weather looks a bit bright today. We so much pray for sunshine today
So today being Saturday I decided to do some exercise. Been a long time I did so. Decided to walk a very long distance to the sports ground.
The roads are busy, so much traffic
My first port of call was at the Gym house. Decided to Renew my subscription for the month.
I really need to take my health seriously. The thread mill looks inviting.
Had to pull some weights to build weak muscles
Didn't spend so much time at the gym. Had to switch over to the field to get some football action.
Even the kids are not left out. Doing their thing on their own section of the field.
Heading back home, enough for today.
