A busy day at the hatchery - My Actifit Report Card: June 14 2025

It was a warm and humid Flag Day at the hatchery and there was already a crowd of people walking around the park when we started our shift. At least Lulu and I had the time for a cooler 2 mile walk earlier. Plenty of rabbits and squirrels to amuse Lulu and we managed a decent pace for the walk.

My legs were a bit tired for my late run (after 6 pm) but after a mile I was feeling better and I was soon looping back and forth on the mountain bike and disc golf courses through the nearby forest. It was a sweaty but fun run although my pace was slower due to the trail.
A strong 6 miles total - tomorrow I hope to hike up sacred Bear Butte.
