A nice day to run - My Actifit Report Card: June 17 2025

It felt good to have a mellow day off so that we could take in a nice day trip to nearby Deadwood followed by a good trail run and cookout for Lulu and me.

The higher hills got hit with some nasty rain and hail but just a few showers fell here in town so my run was mostly dry. The humidity has been a big change from arid Arizona but I prefer the lush green landscape here.
My run started with a couple of flat miles on the path before I ran on the single-track bike network for the next 3 miles.
The trails were fun and the few rocky spots weren't a problem.
Finished up with a fast mile back to home.
