A quiet day - My Actifit Report Card: October 1 2025

I didn't get to run much today as we were busy packing up our RV for the long trip back south. Still I was able to run a decent albeit shorter 5km loop around the neighborhood.

Lulu and I enjoyed a very quiet early morning walk around the campground and hatchery shortly after sunrise. Even then there were several other people out on the path and plenty of squirrels for Lulu to stalk.

After my easy mid morning run we headed up into Spearfish Canyon for a couple of miles hiking to Roughlock Dalls to enjoy the beauty of the fall foliage in the canyon
