My Actifit Report Card: April 19 2020

I hope it wad a safe and enjoyable weekend for everyone. Here's my Actifit report for Sunday.

I can't be too disappointed with my run today but the effort wasn't as good as I would have liked. Just didn't feel as good as I did a few days ago. At least a total of 55+ for the week but looking to try to keep my weekly mileage over 70 miles per week.

Another beautiful day to spend outside running, walking and playing with my dogs at the park. I'm Glad that the Covid-19 scare has been pretty much a nothing burger here with very few cases and no fatalities.
One thing different today was that I used my Coros Apex hrm for my workout as the battery in my Garmin Forerunner was too low. Kind of a pain to operate but otherwise it seems pretty good although it doesn't sync data with my Garmin Connect so I have to use it's phone app. Hopefully someday it will be able to sync with several 3rd party apps.
