My Actifit Report Card: July 28 2020
An easy day for some relaxed walking to complete my Actifit report.
It's been a busy few days with not much running as I've been driving around and helping out friends get ready to go on vacation. Today I didn't get outside until the late afternoon for a 5 mile or so walk here in Payson to stretch out my legs.
Again it was easier to grab some Mexican food from the local take out and sit back and take it easy for awhile. Fish tacos - yum!!!
Hopefully I'll feel up to putting in some decent running miles tomorrow and the rest of the week.
