Away of record heat in Rim Country here in Arizona so not a day for a hard workout.
I was busy helping to cook several meals for the retreat my wife and friends were attending as well as caring for their happy big huskies all this week.
Tomorrow all the busy work should be done although the weather forecast is for more record heat so it might be another easy day - just need to get back to a regular routine before races start up again.
