My Actifit Report Card: August 1 2020

Another hot day but it wad a better run for me today.


I got a bit late of a start for my run as I wad helping my wife cook for her retreat do it wad a bit warmer than I would like for my run. Not as hilly here as back in Prescott but it wad still a nice route on some dirt back roads through the forest. Plenty of songbirds to keep me company and I felt pretty good at the end.


A couple more days here in Payson before we head back. Lots to do here so I'll be tired when it's time to head back nut it's been fun with all the dogs.

The early evening brought dark clouds from the north that dropped lightning and thunderstorms up on the rim but only a cooling breeze here for a nice 4 miles to the grocery store and back to wrap up this Saturday. I'll be happy when the state allows fitness clubs to reopen so that I can restart my weight work ad well.
