My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2021

Another beautiful and sunny January day for a productive morning run.

This year has been a good one so far as my diet and determination continue to hold steady and I'm looking ahead to what the ultra schedule looks like. Right now I have a month to go until my 100 miler in Nevada.

Right away my morning run felt good and my legs seemed much more lively and strong. Even though the route was my frequently run hilly course, the climbs were much easier today. Overall a very good improvement in my pace but it is still lagging behind my efforts a year ago. When my pace gets to well under 9 min miles for longer runs then I'll be a lot more satisfied - but time will tell when that happens again
