My Actifit Report Card: January 12 2021
A good/lousy kind of day as I had a great morning run (good) but found out my upcoming ultra had been postponed until 2022 for me (lousy).
It seems my kegs felt much better without doing my usual afternoon walk so maybe that's something I should keep up or maybe my endurance is just better. I felt really good and the easy road course helped as well, although I did run about a mile on some rocky trail that slowed me just a bit and kept me on my toes watching my footing. I felt good and quick even on the one ascent so everything seems to be moving in a positive direction right now.
Unfortunately the governor of Nevada extended the covid restrictions on groups greater than 50 so my 100 miler in a month will now move to next year. Just hope my already rescheduled 24 hour runs for this April and June don't suffer the same fate. Kinda hard to plan/train for a goal when the schedule is so uncertain these days.
