My Actifit Report Card: July 17 2021
Happy Saturday to all my friends. Time for my little Actifit report for this looong day 🤣🤣🤣
We were up at dawn for several hours driving to pick up a rescued Catahoula hound on his way to a new home.
Fortunately we had time to spare after we dropped him off in Flagstaff so at least I was able to walk a bit among the cool pines this afternoon.
Heavy rains the psst fee days left the forest cooler and beautiful and Flagstaff is such a beautiful place anyhow. It felt good to walk on the soft dirt at altitude (7000+ feet) but too bad it was such a short effort. Someday I'll be back to scramble up and down the mountain trails.
Time for a good night's sleep. Too much Chinese dinner so I'll have to be good for the next week and work hard.
