My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2021

An easy hike along the quiet and remote Copper Basin Wash with Lulu this afternoon to enjoy the geological beauty and nature.

Still tired and sluggish this morning but my hike didn't require speed and I was more interested in the natural wonders around me (as well as not getting stung by a wasp again). Fortunately the wasps weren't as active around the mudhole and both Lulu and I gave them space.
Overall we covered about 4 miles round trip and I found some pretty and colorful pieces of copper ore in the process. A few more days and the moisture will have left the wash and it will be perfect to prospect for gold in the creek bed.

Time to rest this tired body and hopefully have a better day tomorrow.
