My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2021

Another beautiful but cold (for us here in Arizona) day. Nothing special today but I managed to put in another good walk.

Woke up to another frosty morning but at least when I headed out for my walk the sun was bright and there was no wind so I wasn't too cold.
A mile on the jeep roads before I was on the neighborhood roads to loop around back to home.

Another well-paced walk with just a tiny bit of jogging down the hills and across the busy street so I have to be a bit happy with that. Still too little endurance right now which is so frustrating but I just have to keep trying to push the efforts and maybe things will improve.
Went out for an afternoon drive out to the abandoned mining area out in the Bradshaw Mountains called Poland Junction where we hiked around a little bit and explored the old railroad route and tunnel for the long ago gold mines.

Time to turn on the heat and go to my warm bed. Off to the creek (maybe) tomorrow to check out a new spot to prospect.
