My Actifit Report Card: October 22 2021

An easy and relatively short morning walk as I had a long drive out to the arid scrubland north of Barstow, California.

Just time for an easy loop on the dirt trails through the nearby gravel pit and then finished on the half mile loop road next door. Nothing exciting but st least the weather was nice and I felt pretty good.
Then I had to say bye to my family and drive 7 hours out to the gold claim - very tiring and it wasn't fun having to set up my tent and gear in the rapidly darkening day
and windy conditions but I'm all set and looking forward to a nice sleep in the wilderness and a weekend of camping.
