My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2021
Well I did manage to run a bit this morning BUT it was only a few hundred feet at a time - still it felt good to be moving faster at last.
I ran this like it was an ultra where you walk to ups and run the downs so I probably put in a bit over a mile of jogging. Not that impressive but my legs didn't feel too bad with the jogging and I wasn't out of breath at all.
Now all I have to do is put together more running a little at a time each day.
Did a little bit of hiking and digging over on Copper Basin Wash in the afternoon with Lulu. Not to busy for me but my little girl had a good time exploring and chasing a squirrel.
Maybe a day out in the desert tomorrow but I'm not sure. We'll be driving another rescue on Sunday as a beautiful Chocolate Lab named Stella is on her way from Ohio to California for a new family after being rescued from a shelter.
